We were lucky to have a volunteer crew from Duke Energy come out and work at CRH on 6/5/07. Marc Arnold, the father of one of our hippotherapy riders, asked if we had any projects to be done. We gave him a list and he did the rest. He had a bobcat and rocks delivered and showed up with a crew of people ready to work. The 40 Duke Energy volunteers trimmed back the trail, sprayed Round-Up, trimmed the fencelines in all 10 paddocks, installed rocks in the drainage ditch that runs through the property, and replanted our flowerbeds. It was amazing to see so many people donating their time and effort to help make CRH more efficient and beautiful. They were able to accomplish in 6 hours what would have taken us weeks to do. We are so grateful!
Thanks to everyone who helped make CRH more beautiful!
