If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for Cincinnati Therapeutic Riding and Horsemanship (formerly Cincinnati Riding for the Handicapped), here is where you will find all the forms and information you need in our virtual "Volunteer's Packet" (above).

Volunteer training is MANDATORY for all volunteers who have NOT attended a formal training session and volunteers who wish to help with hippotherapy classes.

Cincinnati Therapeutic Riding and Horsemanship is pleased to learn of your interest in volunteering with our program. We feel certain that you will enjoy, as much as we have, the opportunity to work with children and adults in our Therapeutic Horseback Program!

In order to volunteer, we are requesting that you:

	Be a minimum of 14 years of age.
	Complete the Volunteer Application
	Complete the Session Information indicating days, times and sessions you are available to volunteer.
	Plan to attend Volunteer Training as indicated on the form.
	Mail or fax the forms.

If a session is currently in operation, bring your completed forms to the stable on the day and time you wish to volunteer. You will be matched with a volunteer who has worked in the program in order to help you become familiar with the routine. You will also receive a Volunteer Handbook. Attendance at the next formal training for volunteers will be expected.

You must complete the necessary forms (listed above) and mail or fax to Cincinnati Therapeutic Riding and Horsemanship.
